The current regulatory changes passed by Congress last year and going into effect this November will cause our edibles to no longer be legal to manufacture and sell come this November. If congress doesn't pass new friendly laws for hemp, we will stop taking new orders September 1st. If you love our products, we strongly encourage purchasing large enough quantities to sustain your needs during these uncertain times by August 31st. For guidance, all our chocolate is fresh made when your order is placed and has a shelf life of approximately 18 months for best taste when stored in a dry cool space of 60-70 degrees F.
PS - If you would be interested in keeping Buddy's going by purchasing non-infused chocolate from us until we have a change in the federal law, please drop us a message via the online form. If we get enough interest, we will switch to offering non-infused bars.

We make every effort to make sure our chocolate bars far exceed them, and our tests prove it. In fact, independent lab test results show no detectable amounts for every contaminant, for which we are required to test. Every batch we produce comes with a certificate of analysis (COA), which outlines the standards a product has been tested for, a copy of which is made available in the product page of each bar.
